After nearly 3 decades in the corporate world, I have taken a leap of faith to follow my calling for helping others realize their potential.

Like many, I have suffered great loss over the past few years, including becoming a widow in 2021. Within one year, I lost my spouse, left my career, and moved across the country to become a caregiver. With all of these life events, I chose to become a Christian Life Coach, specializing in grief and life transitions. My passion is to partner with men and women to help discover their new purpose after a major life event.

Grief comes in many shapes and sizes. I champion people in imagining an exciting and meaningful future. Everything is possible as we move towards building a new chapter filled with hope and joy. I help my clients envision a brighter tomorrow and beyond to benefit themselves, their faith, family, friends, and community.
